Description: On June 10, the Parkland on the Glen Retirement Community held their Strawberry Ceilidh Celebrating Seniors Event. Scotch Mist provided the musical entertainment, singing some old time favorites and getting the audience to sing along. The Royal Scottish Country Dancers also performed some entertaining dances and provided dance instructions for the adventurous. There was surprise entertainment by Bill, a resident of Parkland on the Glen Retirement Community, who made everyone laugh while dancing with his puppet friend. After all the entertainment everyone enjoyed delicious strawberry treats. The event was a full house with residents and guests enjoying a great evening of song, dance, laughter and fun.
